Assorted Babble: Hinson another reminder of Recidivism
Please read suzie's post about that subhuman monster in South Carolina. Honestly, I think we need a new Constitutional Amendment that specifies that anyone who has been convicted of sexual crimes against children has forfeited all rights and protections of the Constitution upon the obvious committing a another such offense.

Thank you Rae Ann....so very much. You are definitely on to something as I indicated in my response to you. If you do not mind, I will add you to my post with all that is reporting on these injustices against children. We have to pass tougher laws to protect our Children.
Right now in TN: No minimum prison terms for child sex crimes. Democratic Gov Phil Bredesen doesn't seem to care.
Info is on my blog...to where to write and what laws need to be passed. Links and Info provided. HR4472 Child Safety Act just recently passed in the House..but now goes to the Senate. Senator Kennedy killed HR3132 last time.
Jessica's Law is part of HR4472 formed in Dec 2005.
Not sure if you read My Story..but it explains somewhat WHY I can't let this go right now.
I am going create a second comment, so I do not look so all alone in this fight for safer laws for Children. (smiling)
